ATLANTA - September 4, 2002 - Optio Software, Inc. (NASDAQ SCM: OPTO), a leading provider of software solutions that capture, transform and deliver information to allow automated processes, today announced the formation of a partnership agreement with s e-technologies, Inc., an e-business solution provider specializing in the emerging mid-office domain.
Under the terms of the agreement, s e-technologies will begin selling e.ComIntegrate as part of their overall e-business solution. Currently, they are able to provide solutions from a variety of partners including BAAN, Siebel, Niku, PeopleSoft, J. D. Edwards, SAP, Oracle and MANMAN.
The agreement benefits Optio by exposing their solutions to new customer segments while s e-technologies benefits by leveraging the Optio solution offerings as yet another point of differentiation from their competitors. Specifically, the Optio solution completes the services offerings provided by s e-technologies' existing ERP/CRM partners and will offer new and existing customers a more cohesive enterprise-wide solution for their output needs.
